Black Olive Health accepts a variety of insurance plans; however, coverage varies, and some services — particularly wellness-focused or elective offerings — may not be fully covered under all plans. We are committed to transparent and accessible care. Our self-pay rates are intentionally structured to remain affordable, often below standard deductible costs. We accept HSA and FSA payments, all major credit cards, and offer flexible financing through Cherry, Advance Care, Klarna, and Afterpay.
Your appointment is thoughtfully set aside to provide focused, individualized care. To honor this time, we kindly request at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Missed appointments or late cancellations may result in a fee when permitted by your insurance plan or payment agreement. Repeated no-call, no-show appointments may result in discontinuation of care after two occurrences in order to preserve access and availability for other patients. We value your time and appreciate your partnership in maintaining a respectful and intentional care environment.
Direct Primary Care (DPC) is an optional membership-based model offered at Black Olive Health for individuals who prefer a simplified, transparent approach to primary care. Instead of billing insurance for routine primary care services, DPC patients pay a monthly or annual membership fee that provides enhanced access, longer visits, and comprehensive, relationship-based care. This option is ideal for individuals without insurance or those seeking a more streamlined care experience. While we proudly accept insurance for covered services, DPC remains a flexible alternative for patients who value consistent access and predictable pricing.
