In order to make an appointment a deposit fee will be required to hold your selected appointment date and time. The deposit amount will will be applied to the remaining balance of the selected visit cost. All cancellations must be completed within forty-eight (48) hours (2 days) of the scheduled appointment for a refund. Any no show visits will be billed for the complete selected visit cost.
